Families of children who will enter Kindergarten in September 2026 (children born in 2021) are invited to learn more about the school district, Kindergarten and the registration process. To register a student or submit a transfer application, please make an appointment using our online booking system, complete a registration or transfer form, and review the information on our Registration web page to ensure you bring all the required material for your appointment. To notify us of a student withdrawal, please email withdrawals@sd44.ca.

The Elementary Band & Strings Program is a unique instrumental music program that is distinctive to the NVSD. The program complements the BC Ministry of Education’s Arts Education curriculum and provides school-based instrumental instruction to students in the intermediate grades (Grades 5 – 7 for Band and Grades 4 – 7 for Strings).
