Cross Country
Cross country typically takes place during September and October with meets held at various North Shore locations.
Wednesday, Oct 16th – Cross Country Race for all participants at Loutet Park @ 3:30PMThursday, Oct 24th – Cross Country Race for grade 4 & 5 only at Loutet Park @ 3:30PM
Wednesday, Oct 30th - Cross Country Race for grade 6 & 7 only at Loutet Park @ 3:30PM
Basketball
Canyon Heights Basketball program usually runs in October/November. Games start at approximately 3:45PM - Boys basketball games on Mondays, girls games on Tuesdays.
Tripleball (Volleyball) Grades 6 & 7Canyon Heights Tripleball program usually runs in Feb/Mar. Games start at approximately 3:30PM - girls grade 6 & 7 games are on Tuesdays (see schedule below). Practices are Wednesday and Friday 7:45AM to 8:40AM in the Canyon Heights Gym.

Track and Field
Track and field season begins right after spring break and runs through to the first Tuesday in June when all elementary schools from North Vancouver School District compete at the annual District Meet held at Swangard Stadium
