Student School Supplies

Each year, information outlining potential fees that may be charged next school year is sent to parents. This supports transparency and keeps our staff and parents within the budget parameters. These fees will only be charged if students participate in enrichment opportunities within the classroom or school. PAC may also provide monetary support to offset some of these fees.  
As per Policy 706: School Fees, it is the school principal, in consultation with staff and PAC Exec who is responsible for establishing fee amounts for the school. All school fee amounts are set at cost-recovery. 
Queensbury Elementary purchases school supplies by bulk order, and they are distributed to the students in their classrooms as needed throughout the year. 
These fees will be set up for payment in Cash KEV (on-line) at the beginning of the school year. Instructions for setting up an account through Cash KEV On-Line are attached here.
It is the school's policy to assist families, in a confidential manner, to ensure that no students are excluded from participation in an activity or program due to financial hardship.​ Please reach out to the school principal for information.
