​​There is a $50 administration fee for transfers and withdrawals.

Withdrawal

Students can withdraw from a course with the permission of a parent/guardian.  A full credit student would have a W listed on their transcript if they withdraw.  If a student retakes a course in the future, the new mark will replace the W on the Transcript.   

If student stops attending a course (without Withdrawing), they will like receive a failing grade for the course on their transcript. 

Step 1: Fill out the Summer Learning Withdrawal form 2024.pdf Please print and scan or photograph the completed form.

Step 2: Send the scanned or photographed completed form to summer@sd44.ca. 

You will receive an email to confirm the request within 3 business days. Refunds of deposit balance will be processed within 10 business days. 

Transfer -Deadline to change course was June 26th, 2024 3pm. No course changes can be accepted after this deadline.

Summer Learning course transfers can only be accommodated if space is available. The deadline to request a transfer is June 26, 2024, 3 p.m.
