Come join Smiley Kylie this winter for lunch time yoga. Throughout the 8 week session your kids will learn about movement, breath awareness, meditation and mindfulness, through engaging games, songs and activities. This winter we will be focusing on which poses work together to create a unique Braemar winter flow for your kids to practice forever.
Registration opens Wednesday January 15th 7am. Class size limited to 20 students.
