​​​​Parents/Guardians volunteering at the school must complete the Volunteer Application Form​​, Confidentiality Declaration Form, and the Volunteer Code Form below.  The Volunteer Driver Application only needs to be completed if you will be driving students for a field trip.  If so, you will also need to obtain a copy of your driving record from ICBC.  This is an easy process done online or by phone.  See instructions on the Volunteer Driver Application below.
