Student Arrival

Please be advised that there is no supervision before or after school.  Students are encouraged to arrive at school at 8:40am and to go home after school, unless supervised by their parents/guardians/care-givers.

Personal Belongings

Students should refrain from bringing personal belongings of value to school unless they are necessary.  The school district will not accept any liability for loss or damage of personal property.  To ensure learning environments are not disrupted during the school day electronic devices such as MP3 players, IPods, and cell phones are to be turned off and kept in backpacks once students are on the school grounds.

With respect to the privacy of everyone at Larson, students and parents must have permission from the Office before taking pictures of other students and staff with their cell phones/cameras at school.

Posting of any photos or videos of students and staff, to the Internet, must have permission from the school office.

Inclement Weather

Please remind your child to dress appropriately for the inclement weather we usually experience during the winter months.  All students are expected to be outside during recess and lunch, unless the day is very wet and we call an Inside Day.

Appropriate Attire

Students' attire must be appropriate for school activities and not offensive to others. Clothing should allow students to participate in all school activities.

 School Grounds Safety

School grounds must be a safe place for everyone.  Students and adults who ride their bikes to school must dismount and walk their bikes when on school grounds.  Skateboards, scooters and wheelie shoes are not allowed on school grounds between 8:15am and 3:30pm.  Students are asked to lock up their scooters and bikes at the front or the side of the school, and to remove the wheels from their shoes before entering the school.

Thank you in advance for your support in ensuring a respectful learning  environment for everyone.
