GRAD PHOTOS - Sign up now

Grad Session Dates: January 23, 2025 to January 28, 2025

Location: Artona’s main studio at 353 West 7th Avenue in Vancouver

  1. Book an appointment at www.artona.com. There is no cost to book an appointment but we do require a credit or debit card to secure the booking. Students are not charged until the time of their session.
  2. Get photographed and pay the $60 deposit. At the time of their session, students pay a $60 deposit they can use toward a purchase later. We take both casual and formal photos, including one for the yearbook. If students choose not to order, we’ll refund the deposit within 30 days.
  3. View and order photos online. Students and families can purchase their photos online, with both digital and print options available.

GRADUATION BANQUET 2025

Date:          ​Monday June 23rd, 2025 

Locati​on:   The Westin Bayshore ​Hotel (1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver) ​

Time:          7:00pm – 11:00pm (doors open at 6:45pm) - TBC

Cost:           β€‹$150 per ticket (TBC)

The ticket price includes a buffet dinner, DJ and activities (photo booth and temporary tattoos) Tickets will be available for purchase via School Cash-Online in April-May. Students will then be asked to choose table assignments.  

This event is for students, families and guests. There is no limit on the number of tickets a family can purchase. Tables will be able to accommodate between 8-10 guests each. All attendees (including graduates) must purchase a ticket.

Please note that this is a dry event and that there is no alcohol permitted prior to arrival or during this event for all guests. Additionally, there are no in and out privileges or refunds for those not granted entry or asked to leave due to alcohol or substance use. Given that the Banquet is a school event, all Carson Graham Code of Conduct expectations apply. No tickets will be sold at the door. β€‹

GRAD CEREMONY 2025


Date:         Sunday, June 8th, 2025

Location:  Queen Elizabeth Theatre (630 Hamilton Street, Vancouver) 

Time:        7:00pm – 10:00pm (doors open at 6:30pm) 

Cost: ​          $10 per ticket (advance) $15 at the door - TBC

Tickets will be available for purchase via School Cash-Online in the spring (date tba) 

Tickets will be distributed to students directly (with the graduation gown).   We ask that graduates have their school account in good standing, with no outstanding fees, prior to picking up their graduation gowns and tickets.
