​The Carson Athletics Sport Withdrawal Form will be used by the Athletic Director, if a Student-Athlete chooses to quit a team after final rosters have been set and registered with BC High School Sports. The Information noted on the withdrawal form is private and confidential, but will help the Athletic Director and Coach to determine the consequences, if any, should be taken, as a result of that student quitting a team.
