Annual School Start up Forms
All students to Sutherland are asked to fill in Annual School Start up forms which are provided in September. It is very important to fill and send these in a very timely manner. This helps to ensure that we have your current email address as this is the main form of communication from the school. We also use the form for emergency purposes and accuracy is imperative.
If you have any changes to your contact information during the school year, please email the Sutherland office immediately.

Updating/Changing your Email, phone number, address or other student data
- Parent/Guardian emails the school at sutherland@sd44.ca (students cannot initiate this change)
- Indicate in the email the following
- Subject line: MYED Student Information/Email/Address Update
- Body of email:
- Indicate the name of contact or student needing personal email address update
- New email address to be entered into MYED
