Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year!
Seycove Student Council is a fun, multi-grade group with the mission of providing leadership and service to the Seycove school and community. Student Council members meet weekly and must commit to leadership and volunteer time to council-led activities and initiatives. Leadership will meet more frequently. Most communication will be done through Teams.
Current Meeting Times: Mondays @8:30am in the Library - Always check the Student Council MSTeam for Updates!
All grades and students are welcome.
Students are encouraged to talk to their Grade Reps regarding any grade issues, concerns or ideas.
This year we have selected a Leadership Team who will run meetings and Grade Reps who will provide a voice and feedback from their grade. If you have any ideas, suggestions, concerns about school, please reach out to the following people:

Student Council plans to produce some fun activities this year that may include:
- Club Fair - September 25th - @lunch in the cafeteria
- Halloween Dress Up Event / Runway Walk-Off - October 31/24
- School-wide Dress-Up Days - last Friday of each month - see Grade Teams for details
- Service projects - Harvest Project Food Drive
- School improvement projects
- Charity Winter Market & Bake Sale
- Santa's Breakfast - December 20
- Valentine Candygrams
- Easter Scavenger Hunt
- Fundraiser Bottle Drive …….And more!
Students are welcome to join us for our meetings that will be announced in the Student Council MSTeam.
Students can use their hours volunteering for Student Council towards their school volunteer hours. It's a great addition to your resume as well!
