Join us for Lunch Grit (again!) this Spring. Each Wednesday we'll meet up for a fun/chill session of figuring out how to find calm in stressful situations, how to navigate our way through tricky friendships, how to deal with stress, and how to tap into empathy. We'll incorporate fun crafts and activities and leave time each week for a mindful brain-break meditation. It's the perfect break halfway through the week.
