The North Vancouver School District
provides students with Office 365 which enables students and teachers to
work on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote projects collaboratively and
to file-share documents such as projects and homework. Available for all students in grades 4 - 12, Office 365 enables the North Vancouver School District to provide students with school district email accounts that will be used for various educational purposes. Students will also receive 50 GB of email storage and 1 TB for file storage, as well as access to many Office 365 features. Another benefit of Office 365 is that all students are able to download Microsoft Office software to use at home and on their personal devices for free.
To provide Office 365 accounts to students, the North Vancouver School District requires consent from both parent and student. The student's account will not be activated until both parent and student have 'electronically' signed the STUDENT ACCEPTABLE USE OF TECHNOLOGY AGREEMENT online permission form. To complete this, parents will need to register for a School Cash Online account. This secured web platform is already used by the North Vancouver School District to collect school fees online and is now also being used for online permission forms. Signing up for an account is very easy. To register, you will need your child's student number.
Once this permission has been given, students will use the same username and password used to sign into computers at school.
Login to an existing School Cash Online account or register for a new account.
