Grad Ceremony 2025 - Friday June 20th
Orpheum Theatre - Students arrive 45 minutes early

• Grads will receive 4 tickets and gown at the rehearsal.
• Rehearsal Wednesday June 18th @ 8:30am Windsor Large Gym.
• Extra tickets are now available to purchase at the front office, cash or debit, also available Friday June 18th at the Orpheum Box Office for last minute purchases.

Grad Banquet 2025 - Saturday June 21st - Vancouver Convention Centre

Time of event: Grad photo at 5:15pm, doors open at 6:00pm, dinner at 6:30pm​

Tickets will be available for sale - April 14-May 9th

· Payments can be made through the school cash online website: https://sd44.schoolcashonline.com/
· Ticket prices are $155. One ticket is required per person (including graduates)
· There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased by each graduate and their families/guests.

What do to once tickets are purchased:
· Decide who you would like to sit with at the event
· Pick up one table captain sheet from the “Grad Info" board in the cafeteria or print one from the MS Teams Grad Info page. Fill in the sheet with the full names of each person sitting at the table.
· Tables seat up to 10 people comfortably. Grade 12 students must sit with their families and guests.
· Bring your table captain form to room E414 on May 14th to pick a table and pick up your tickets for the event.
· Any tables with fewer than 8 people may be filled with graduates and their families as needed.
 
At the event:
· All attendees must present their ticket at the door upon arrival to the banquet
