School Cash On-Line You will receive your tickets for the Grad Ceremony at the Grad Rehearsal & Breakfast when caps and gowns are distributed .

Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal & Breakfast
Date TBD in the Handsworth Grand Commons. To prepare for the ceremony, graduates are required to attend a rehearsal scheduled for the morning of date TBD. As part of the morning event, a Grad Breakfast will also be hosted by the Grad Parent Committee. Graduates, please be at the school by 7:30 am for breakfast, followed by a rehearsal that will end at 9:10 am. Staff will distribute Grad gowns (with stole and cap) during this event. Gowns have been custom ordered for each student and are theirs to keep. To avoid a delay in receiving grad gown, please ensure that your School Cash Online payments are up to date.

ATTENTION ALL GRADS! (important) Grads: It's time to write your Grad Ceremony write up.
What is this, you may ask?
- It's what a teacher will read about you, as you cross the stage in your cap & gown at the Orpheum Theatre to receive your diploma.
Who will hear this?
- All guests present at the Orpheum Theatre

What if I don't submit it?
- We will have an anonymous blurb such as "We wish "student" all the best in their future endeavours".

(Note: The deadline for this form is same day uni deposits are due).
Grad Gown Order Form:
Grads: EVERYONE must complete this (form coming soon). This form will confirm whether or not you need a gown. The deadline to complete this is Date TBD but if you simply do it now, it's over and done with. It takes less than a minute to complete.

Grade 12 Valedictorian Applications
Grade 12s interested in applying to be this year's valedictorian can access the application form on the MS Teams Grad 2025 Team page. Applications close on date TBD at 3:00 pm. We will contact those students who meet the criteria and have completed a thorough and thoughtful application to audition in front of a committee of staff and students.
